New Mediterranean at Tucson Skyline Country Club Goes Quickly Under Contract

6820 N Los Leones Drive (List Price - Range 1.6 - 2 million) went under contract in 2 week’s time. (See photo below). You may ask why? At the top of the list is that it is new which is extremely hard to find in the Catalina Foothills. This Mediterranean home has over 5,500 square feet and is sited on an acre lot; it does not have public water–has septic, which is unusual. Located in gated Skyline Country Club, this attracts many golfers who want to live in an upper Foothills community, that hugs the Catalina Mountains.

The lot it sits on was purchased in June 2002 for $465,000.
