Catalina Foothills - 2 Ridge-top Lots Under Contract in Sabino Mountain

Lot prices have really come down in the Catalina Foothills. I just represented the buyer on two adjoining ridge-top lots in gated Sabino Mountain–4255 N and 4285 N Black Rock Drive. These two lots total an area over 1.2 acres and had list prices of 249K and 299K. Lot prices have come down to early 2000’s level and there are some deals to be had for those who want to invest or build their dream home in gorgeous Catalina Foothills.
