That it sold so quickly is more surprising because it is a less popular two-story home (one stories are much more popular) and it has no swimming pool or spa. However, it is  located one of the very few newer neighborhoods of Ventana Reserve (although not gated, and very small community with only 17 homes) in the Catalina Foothills; it was built in 2008. It is on a large lot–1.3 acres and it is fairly large for the price: approximately 4,600 square feet.

This home sold first in June 2007 for $1,257,355 and then almost for the same price in May 2001 for $1,250,000. Of course, the final sales price  (although the List Price is 999K)will not be known until it closes escrow.
