Yet Another Sale in Popular Catalina Foothills’ - Ventana Canyon!

6030 N Desert Sun Court sold today for $1,335,000. This over 5,200 square foot home sold for $1,206,500 just over 10 years ago and was on the market for several years. Although this one is not perched up high in Ventana Canyon, it marks a great start to 2012 for Ventana Canyon. Last year was the year of Pima Canyon; maybe this year it will be the year of Ventana Canyon. Time will tell!

High up in Ventana Canyon Sits a Foothills Beauty that Sold for 1.7 Million

6725 N Hole in the Wall Way just sold today for 1.7 million, which is exactly the same price it sold for four years ago. This home was only on the market for a little over 3 months, revealing there was a very motivated buyer who wanted to live at the top of Ventana Canyon.

Fifty-eight Luxury Catalina Foothills Homes Sell Between 700K and 1 Million

2011 saw 58 homes close between 700K and 1 million in the popular Catalina Foothills zip codes of 85750 and 85718 . Click here to get the results:
One out of every 12 homes was a distress sale. There were two foreclosures and five short sales in the pack.
