Tucson Foothills Luxury Homes - 42 Sell in 2011

Click on the link –Tucson Foothills Luxury Homes sold over 1 million-2011- to view the 42 homes that sold in zip codes of 85718 and 85750. The highest final sales price was $2,325,000 at 2304 E Sentry Court in Pima Canyon; it should be noted that it was a “Short Sale”, and was a great bargain. (This home was listed by Long Realty and sold by Russ Lyon - Sotheby’s International Realty). The photo above is of this beautiful Pima Canyon property that sold for the highest 2011 price.
Pima Canyon was the clear winner of the community where the most luxury homes were sold in 2011, in which there were 11 sales.
There were 4 short sales ( coming from all over the Foothills–including the highest 2011 house sold in Pima Canyon) and 5 foreclosures, of which 3 came from Pima Canyon, 1 from The Canyons and 1 for Skyline Country Club.
The bottom line is one out of 5 homes sold over a million in the Catalina Foothills were distressed home sales.
