I heard through the grapevine that there were multiple cash offers on 1682 E Sahuaro Blossom Place, which is a 6K square foot, 2004-built, Mediterranean that has a list price of $1,075,000 and went under contract yesterday. This foreclosure located in coveted Pima Canyon has a very unusual floorplan; one agent said it looked like a circus, and I can see how she got that description. It was originally marketed (5 years ago) at a List Price of 4.2 million and kept moving down in price with no offers.

New homes in the Catalina Foothills are hard to find and this one is located in the popular Manzanita Elementary School District.
