Rare Luxurious Pima Canyon Foreclosure Under Contract

I heard through the grapevine that there were multiple cash offers on 1682 E Sahuaro Blossom Place, which is a 6K square foot, 2004-built, Mediterranean that has a list price of $1,075,000 and went under contract yesterday. This foreclosure located in coveted Pima Canyon has a very unusual floorplan; one agent said it looked like a circus, and I can see how she got that description. It was originally marketed (5 years ago) at a List Price of 4.2 million and kept moving down in price with no offers.

Catalina Foothills Santa Fe Goes Under Contract

This almost 3,600 square foot home sited on almost one and one-half acre was put on the market in January, and after several price reductions, a buyer grabbed it. This home was built in 1994 and is well-kept, but will need to be updated.

New Tucson Foothills Home Under Contract

6650 N Sutherland Ridge Place went under contract yesterday with a List Pirce of $1,095,000. This new home has 4,800 square feet and is sited on .83 of an acre. It was on the market 6 months before going under contract, and the Sellers paid a lot price of $245,000 in April 2004. New homes in the Catalina Foothills are hard to find and this one is located in the popular Manzanita Elementary School District.
