I heard through the grapevine that there were multiple cash offers on 1682 E Sahuaro Blossom Place, which is a 6K square foot, 2004-built, Mediterranean that has a list price of $1,075,000 and went under contract yesterday. This foreclosure located in coveted Pima Canyon has a very unusual floorplan; one agent said it looked like a circus, and I can see how she got that description. It was originally marketed (5 years ago) at a List Price of 4.2 million and kept moving down in price with no offers.

Catalina Foothills Santa Fe Goes Under Contract

2841 E Plaza Encantada went under contract today with a List Price of 799K. This almost 3,600 square foot home sited on almost one and one-half acre was put on the market in January, and after several price reductions, a buyer grabbed it. This home was built in 1994 and is well-kept, but will need to be updated.
