Summit at Finger Rock Contemporary Sells for Close to a Million

Click on link (note- listing first with multiple photos below): 4010 E Playa De Coronado to see the gorgeous views of this 3,200 square foot, 2003-built contemporary that sold yesterday for $993,500. Go to my previous blog for more details. The Summit at Finger Rock is a gorgeous, gated community of only 29 homes. However, at prices that are close to a million or more, there are few buyers that want a 2 car garage and .21 homesite. The views are incredible though, and the house is only 7 years old, so it certainly has its draw for second home owners.
