Pima Canyon Foreclosure Sells for $1,765,000
2112 E Sentry Ridge Court, a Pima Canyon ultra-contemporary home designed by award- winning architect Kevin Howard, made it to closing today at a fantastic price of $1,765,000! This one was mentioned previously in my blog at which time I thought the beginning list price was $4,499,000, when, in fact, it was much more: $5,900,000 ( 2/08). What were these folks thinking? This house never could have been worth that much! Some lucky buyer got a 7K square foot home (built in 2007) with incredible mountain, Sonoran Desert and city views in coveted Pima Canyon Estates.
