Homes are located on lots that are typically a little less than 1/2 acre; views are of the high Catalina Mountains (including Finger Rock), the multiple mountain ranges surrounding the city and the Tucson city lights.  This is a popular community because of its majestic location, the newness of the homes, it is in the coveted Catalina Foothills - District 16 school district, and the builder has a great reputation.
