Gosh, as I check the Tucson MLS daily, lately I notice more than a few times a week I see a “Sold” home or an “Under Contract” home with a price tag of over a million. July is normally DEAD–not so this year. Many buyers that have been waiting for the best time to buy are taking their chances that it is now and they do not want to miss out!
