Conforming Interest Rates Drop in Tucson

As a result of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conservatorship, interest rates dropped for conforming loans to 5.75% with 0 points. This interest rate is for home loans up to 417K. The Tucson Foothills market is already improving and this should give it another boost!
